All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations that are not made 24 hours prior will be charged the full amount of your treatment time unless the appointment time can be filled. Late appointments will be seen time allowing.

If inclement weather precludes safe transportation to and from your session, clients are asked to call as soon as possible; doing so will confirm that the normal cancellation policy of 24 has been suspended. Every effort will be made to reschedule the missed appointment as quickly as schedules permit.

Information shared during the massage and all client flies are confidential except when subpoenaed by a court of law. Before client information is shared the client will be asked to sign a Release of Medical Information form.

Maintaining, communicating and respecting boundaries helps both parties build trust and feel safe. It is in this safety that massage therapy is most beneficial. If either party feels uncomfortable or unsafe because their boundaries have been crossed it is important to discuss it immediately. You should undress to your level of comfort. It is the therapist’s responsibility to drape or expose only the part(s) of the body being worked on. The massage is strictly therapeutic, and any behavior that is outside the grounds of therapy ends the massage immediately.
